GROW has developed a training program aimed at solving the persistent workplace issues facing professional, particularly immigrant women in Canada. The Canadian Career Plus Program (CC+P™) is a professional training meant to address the needs of both the employer and the employee at the same time. Supported by institutions, mentors, experts, and other partners, it’s geared towards entry-level supervisory and managerial roles in a Canadian workplace, with immigrant women and Black Indigenous People of Colour (BIPoC) in mind. It’s a pathway to any industry, business, and civic participation..

CC+P: Industry Specific Training: Hospitality
Individuals in our CC+P have the option to spend an additional 4 weeks in our industry specific training stream. We are currently focused in hospitality with concentration on entry and mid-senior level management . Employment opportunities will be focused on:

3. RECREATION
4, RESORTS
5. AIRPORTS & more
