In the Professional Step-Up stream we focus on supporting women to move into leadership roles in their professional lives that are personally and professionally satisfying. One key aspect will be mentorship in an appropriate job for their abilities and goals. Some candidates will stay in their chosen fields that they have accreditation in, and set goals for moving up in their professions including management I.e (Administration, Managerial & Executive). Others may choose to retrain in a new field through our (Industry Specific Training), and will need courses and support to establish themselves.
